Cylinder / valve information
Drinks Dispense Gas and Helium (L range) cylinders and rental Helium Inflator Valves are the property of Angus Gas Ltd. LPG (Flo Gas) cylinders are the property of Flo Gas Ltd. When you purchase Helium (L range) or Flo Gas, you are purchasing the gas, not the cylinder. It is prohibited to resell, refill or dispose of the cylinders, and they must be returned to Angus Gas Ltd.
Cylinder / valve rental charges
If Helium (L range) or Drinks Dispense Gas cylinders are kept for over 1 month, a cylinder rental will be charged to the customer. If a rental Helium Inflator Valve is kept for more than 1 week, a weekly valve rental will be charged until the valve is returned. If deemed necessary, Angus Gas Ltd will charge a deposit for the cylinders and/or valve. The deposit covers a proportion of any damage to the cylinders and valves or any unpaid rental charges.
Cylinder / inflator valve damage or loss
If, on collection of the cylinders or rental valves, there is damage which renders them unusable, the customer will be charged for repairs or replacement. If the cylinders or valves are lost or not returned, the customer will be charged for replacement. Deposits taken do not cover lost or non-returned cylinders and valves; the customer will be charged for replacement.
Buying products
To order a product, follow the ordering procedure by phone or email. Products, prices and payment methods are displayed on this website. The price shown at the time of the order is the price in force at that time. Cylinders are collected from our Carmyllie depot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Damaged or faulty goods
In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty, please return the item immediately for our inspection. Quote your order number with the returned product and inform us by email that the items have been sent. We recommend sending the items by Recorded Delivery or another method providing proof of posting. Items deemed to be a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.
Returns
You are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you change your mind about an item, return it in perfect, unopened, re-saleable condition within 7 days and we will refund the cost of the product(s) in full. We cannot offer refunds on printed balloons or any gas (LPG, Helium) cylinders/tanks. If you wish to cancel your order before collection, we will give a full refund. If your order has already been prepared, there may be a charge for administration.
Product stock levels
Angus Gas endeavours to keep a full selection of all stock, but this is not always possible. Should you order an item that is out of stock or unavailable, we will advise you and may recommend an alternative. Any substitute item supplied that is not satisfactory can be returned. Should you wish to order an item not listed in the shop, please contact us directly.
Online material and information
You may not modify, copy, upload, transmit or distribute material or information on or downloaded from our website without our written consent. This includes images, text, code and software.
Modifications to the website
We may change the content of our website from time to time. We may remove, change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. We strive to ensure all information is accurate, but errors may occur — if you spot any, please let us know.
Liability
We have the right to sell any goods on our website to you. They will be of the standard described on the website and of good enough quality for the purpose for which they are intended. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect use of the item. We accept no liability for any harm or damage that comes from using our products if used irresponsibly or incorrectly. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product concerned, except for liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
